Short medical history:
The patient admitted on 28/05/22 with confusion, dizziness, fever and standing instability. He was tested covid positiv on 27/05. CT of the brain showed no acute pathology. Is under treatment with antibiotic, steroid and antihypertensive medication. He is respiratory and hemodynamically stable and has normal vital signs. Receives 3L/min oxygen and has saturation 97%. Bp 135/85, puls 85. Hb 14,4. Normal infection parameters. No signs of menengitis. No neurological deficit and without identifying another associated causal factor to patients neurological symptoms except Covid infection that has worsened perhaps patients dementia
