Contact to the Td. Pt has AV stenosis 0.6cm2. Hs had syncope. He is now alert, Has Atrial fibrillation 100. On Bisoprolol. BP 130/80. urinary production normal.
Pt is for TAVI procedure (dilatation of AV). Pt requires urgent evacuation for intervention on AV.

Selv ventilated in room air
