7/11/2020:Actualmente sin cambios evolutivos en relación al dia de
ayer, se mantiene afebril,
hemodinamicamente estable TA: 140/80 sin apoyo de drogas
vasoactivas,en ACxFA con respuesta
ventricular controlada FC: 92 -98/min. Ventilación por
traqueostomia en PS: 18-20 cm H2O para VT 580-600
ml FR: 15-20/min PEEP 8 y FiO2 0,4 SpO2 98-99%. Diuresis forzada
para balance negativo.
Analitica de hoy: Hb. 7.6 g/dl Hto: 24.8 Plaquetas: 149
Leucositos: 3.29 Linfocitos: 24.9% Neutrofilos:
64.2% Urea: 45 mg/dl Creatinina: 0.2 mg/dl Na:135 mmol/l K: 3.5
mmol/l Cl: 94 mmol/l Procalcitonina: 0.17
ng/ml Gasometria arterial: pH: 7.47 pCO2: 47.3 PO2: 115 BS: 34.3
EB: 9.5 SaO2: 98.7%

Diagnósticos:
Insuficiencia respiratoria hipoxémica grave secundaria a neumonía
multilobar porSars-Cov-2.
Ventilación mécanica invasiva prolongada.
Traqueobronquitis por Pseudomona aeruginosa y Candida albicans.
Fibrilación auricular crónica permanente anticoagulado.
Úlceras por presión de localización múltiple.
Diabetes mellitus tipo II con hiperglucemia (tratamiento
corticoideo). Hematuria y sangrado traumático por mucosas
intermitentes. Anemia del paciente crítico.
Obesidad mórbida.
Fracaso renal agudo resuelto.
Trombopenia resuelta.
Hematoma en hemitórax derecho.
Infección de traqueostoma
